Shelterluv has an adopter portal where you can log in and view your animals records anytime.

Once your puppy has been altered, please submit the recepit here to receive your deposit back.
 

Starting May 2024 ALL animals are spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

If your veterinarian wishes to extend the spay/neuter timeframe based on health concerns please attach their letter here. This will put an extension on your deposit.

If you've adopted from us and changed your address, phone number, email, or last name and you want us to update your pups microchip information please fill out the form below
